Amanda has been with Lucion since 2020, and heads up the HR function. Amanda is also a member of the Group’s Senior Leadership Team and leads Lucion’s employee forums.

With responsibility for diversity and inclusion, employee wellness, employee engagement and development, Amanda transforms employee needs into initiatives to create an engaged, productive and happy workforce.
