As a member of our shared services team, you’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with all our different units across the business. After a long career working in HR and finance in the military, I started at Lucion in 2013 working within the admin team, before moving into purchasing. As the company grew, my role developed into the purchasing, ordering and allocation of the Lucion fleet vehicles. Now I work across our Group of companies, coordinating our national fleet of 280 vehicles in order to keep our teams safely on the move.

I had already passed my P402 with the aim to become a dual trained operative when a trainee bid writer role was advertised internally. It really appealed to me as I’d be able to be more creative in my work while remaining in the industry. Each day I take on the role of organiser, investigator, planner, writer and evaluator.
