Empowering Philanthropy with The Boparan Charitable Trust

Our company, Delta-Simons Ltd, a leading environmental consultancy firm, has been closely collaborating with Amber Real Estate Investments, part of the Boparan Group,  enhancing their operations with a strong emphasis on Environmental, Social, Governance, and Sustainability practices. 

Boparan Holdings operates as a food manufacturing company through its subsidiaries, primarily focusing on poultry processing and supplying prepared meals to supermarkets.

In 2009, Boparan Holdings established The Boparan Charitable Trust to assist children and young people across the nation who are facing disadvantages due to disability, life-limiting conditions, or extreme poverty. As a charity, The Boparan Charitable Trust takes immense pride in its dedication to listening, understanding, and providing help to families that are often overlooked or underserved by existing health and social systems. The trust works directly with families by offering financial grants for essential items that can benefit children. Additionally, the trust contributes funds towards therapies and supports hospitals, hospices, and community organisations. 

Throughout the year, The Boparan Charitable Trust organises various events and challenges to raise funds and create awareness about the impactful work they do. 

This year, Boparan Holdings has extended an invitation to Delta-Simons to support one of their annual events, the Boparan Charitable Trust Golf Classic. Set to take place on September 19, 2023, the event promises an enjoyable day for our team of four on the prestigious Brabazon Course at the renowned Belfry Hotel & Golf Resort. The success of these events heavily relies on the participation of individuals attending and making generous donations, which directly contribute to supporting children in need. 

We are pleased to have been able to offer our support to The Boparan Charitable Trust. Our team attending the event; Unit Directors Simon Johnson and Paul Dowson are looking forward to full-day hospitality and an evening gathering, making it an ideal occasion for networking and contributing to the charitable cause. 

Simon and Paul will be bringing along our clients Jason Baldwin Chief Executive Officer from Grid Powr, who are focused on turning waste into low carbon energy and David Barber Director for GridLink Interconnector, a significant new infrastructure project that will install two High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) cables under the sea to connect Dunkerque in France and Kingsnorth in the UK, helping each country to meet its energy needs for the next 25 years.
