7th March, 2022

With 3,800 exhibitors, 480 speakers and an expected 17,000 delegates from 70 nations in attendance, MIPIM 2022 is lining up to be the largest international exhibition for real estate professionals to date.

2022 will see the long-anticipated return of MIPIM in its traditional face to face format. Bringing together the supply and demand of the real estate market and offering decision-makers from the international industry the opportunity to build lasting relationships and present new projects and ideas, this 4 day event provides ample opportunity for businesses to build a foundation for sustainable, long-term relationships with potential clients.

MIPIM 2022 Agenda

Every year MIPIM (Le Marché International des Professionnels de L'immobilier) plans their event around a theme which for 2022 is ‘Driving Urban Change’. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the world to rethink the way we live and work. As we begin to rebuild our industries, focus on our social and environmental impacts has intensified for humanity. MIPIM states that it is the real estate industry that must be the drivers of change and work on 4 core values when transforming spaces; livability, sustainability, resilience and affordability. The theme will be at the heart of discussions and conferences planned across the 4 days.

Damian commented on this year’s MIPIM event stating;

“MIPIM 2022 is shaping up to be a busy week and the 4 core values of this year’s conference are very well aligned to our Group Mission – Protecting People and Planet. As trusted providers of environmental, health and safety consultancy and solutions for sustainable development, Environmental Social Governance (ESG) is very much front and centre of our operations and the advice we provide to our clients.  We are therefore very much looking forward to this year’s conference, where building back better looks like it may stand a chance, with so many leading global real estate companies in attendance”.

Damian is degree qualified in environmental science and has 25 years’ post-grad consultancy experience and maintains an extensive professional network; based on obtaining client trust, repeat business and referrals through the delivery of practical commercial advice and a proactive approach to project delivery.
