Delta-Simons declares support for the CEE Bill

In declaring our support for the Climate and Ecological Emergency (CEE) Bill, Delta-Simons Managing Director Alex Ferguson comments “the CEE bill is critical to ensuring the UK contributes fairly to climate mitigation consistent with limiting a global temperature increase to 1.5 ^oC.  Increases above 2 ^oC are considered to bring irrevocable damage to societies and ecosystems around the world – just here in the UK we have lost 97% of our wildflower meadows in the last century.  Whilst the CEE aligns with Delta-Simons vision of excellence in our environment and our own commitments to offsetting our current annual emissions by 150% and setting science based reduction targets by 2030, we can only make a difference through society wide collaboration and support.  I, therefore, strongly encourage other organisations and individuals to pledge support for this bill which will give us a fighting chance of achieving the required reduction in our greenhouse emissions and contributing to the protection of planet earth”  Please see the CEE Bill website for further information.
