Enhance Workplace Safety & Compliance with Our Environmental, Health, and Safety Services

Every employer in the UK is obligated to follow the regulations outlined in the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974. The purpose of this act is to ensure a safe working environment for employees as well as individuals who are not directly employed, such as contractors and members of the public. It aims to prevent injuries and promote good health.

According to the UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) report for 2021/2022, the following statistics were recorded:

  • 123 workers died due to work-related accidents.
  • An estimated 13,000 deaths were linked to past exposure at work, mainly involving chemicals or dust.
  • Approximately 1.8 million working individuals suffered from work-related illnesses.
  • 565,000 working people experienced work-related injuries.

Given these figures, it is crucial for all employers to prioritise their responsibilities and actively work towards reducing work-related deaths, injuries, and illnesses.

Our team from Delta-Simons Ltd and across the Lucion Group consists of experts in health and safety who offer a comprehensive range of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) services, including legal register development through to full EHS assessment programs.
