Expanding Horizons: Welcoming New Leaders to the Inogen Alliance Leadership Team

Our company Delta-Simons Ltd is a proud founding member of the Inogen Alliance.

Inogen Alliance is a global network made up of dozens of independent local businesses and over 6,000 consultants around the world who help make your client projects a success. Associates across the Alliance collaborate closely to serve multinational corporations, government agencies, and nonprofit organisations, and share knowledge and industry experience to provide the highest quality service to clients. 

As a founding member of the Alliance, we have been instrumental in the development of the Alliance and have had representation on the Inogen Alliance Leadership Team for many years. We are excited to announce that the Inogen Alliance Leadership team is expanding with three new members: Ramesh Ramalingam (Chola Risk, India), Casey Giberson (Tonkin+Taylor, New Zealand), and our own Charlotte Buffoni (Delta-Simons, UK, part of the Lucion Group). 

Charlotte is based in the UK and has worked in consultancy for the past 17 years. Charlotte has been with Delta-Simons for the last five years as Unit Director for their Environmental, Health and Safety team. Charlotte has extensive experience in delivering focused operational environmental, health and safety compliance assurance to the technology, financial, retail, construction and manufacturing sectors across EMEA and beyond and works on many key accounts coordinating consulting teams to deliver consistent support to clients.

This complements the 2022 additions: Jean Esteves (Antea Brazil) and Lida Tan (Anew Consulting China). The Leadership Team plays a crucial role in our strategic planning, operations, Associate and Regional meetings, and global Working Groups, helping the Alliance achieve its goals.

The Inogen Alliance Leadership Team consists of ten global representatives. This team assists the Alliance President, Angie Dickson, with strategic and operational matters, offering a local and cultural perspective that reflects our diverse Associates. Meeting every two weeks, they stay connected to the Alliance, ensure network engagement, organize events, and contribute to strategy. This Team complements the eleven-member Board of Directors, responsible for strategic decisions.
