Lucion Group
13th November, 2023
In the past 3 years, Lucion has acquired 5 companies spanning multiple locations throughout the UK, offering a wide range of environmental and hazardous material services.
As we have grown, we have taken steps to reassess our existing property portfolio and implement strategies to reduce our environmental footprint while fostering sustainable growth for both current and future property additions.
After careful consideration and thorough planning by our facilities team headed up by our Group Operations Director Nick Aspinall, we're delighted to reveal that we are re-locating to a brand-new, vibrant space at Deepdale Enterprise Park, Nettleham in December.
Our company Delta-Simons Ltd has been in their Henley Lincoln office for just over 10 years and developed a strong community presence. As we grow and integrate our companies into the Lucion Group, we're confident that this move will not only strengthen our sense of community but also provide a bright, airy, and modern environment for our team and clients.
Situated on the second floor, our new office has been thoughtfully designed to foster collaboration. The interior boasts a modern, open-concept layout with spacious workstations, cosy seating areas, and an abundance of natural light. We've invested in ergonomic furniture, and equipped two 'Zoom rooms' featuring state-of-the-art technology for seamless communication and presentations.
The new office is located just North of the City of Lincoln in the village of Nettleham, which is a large village four miles north-east of the city of Lincoln between the A46 and A158. The location is two minutes from the A46 bypass and five minutes to the A15 Eastern Bypass.
Accessibility is a top priority for us, and we are pleased to share that our new location at Deepdale Enterprise Park is easily accessible by various modes of transportation.
As a people-focused business, ensuring our office spaces reflect how we operate and how our culture evolves is key to our business continuity. Speaking about our latest office moves and plans for the Group as we continue to grow, Group Operations Director Nick Aspinall commented;
“The notion ‘Work isn't somewhere you go, it's something you do,’ underscores the transformative impact of hybrid working on the work landscape in the UK. With the dissolution of the rigid five-day commutes to bustling city centres, both employers and employees have the opportunity to reevaluate their work locations, including considering a move to suburban and more distant areas.
The hybrid working model, coupled with the rapidly advancing digital era, is granting people the freedom to choose precisely when, how, and where they work. This paradigm shift is affecting our property portfolio, prompting us to rethink the size and location of our office spaces, aligning them better with our commitment to environmental sustainability.
As some of our property leases across the Lucion Group near their termination dates and the reduced foot traffic in our offices becomes apparent, we see the opportunity to review our office locations and reduce our environmental impact, whilst aligning our business practices with a more sustainable approach.”
-Nick Aspinall, Group Operations Director, Lucion Group.
From the 1st of December 2023, our new address is Studio One, Deepdale Enterprise Park, Deepdale Lane, Nettleham, Lincoln, LN2 2LL.
