5000 delegates, 250 speakers and 80 exhibitors will be heading to the UK’s first 3-day Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure forum, UKREiiF 2022.
Directors and Associates from Lucion Services and our sister company Delta-Simons will be heading to this year’s UKREiiF event to meet with key players and influencers within the investment and real-estate markets, including some of the UK’s and international developers and investors.
About UKREiiF 2022
Connecting people, places and businesses to support and promote the ‘Levelling Up Agenda’, the Government’s plan to increase public investment in towns, cities, rural and coastal areas across the UK by 40% by 2030, UKREiiF provides a platform for the public sector to explore how the sector can unlock sustainable, inclusive and transformational investment across the UK.
Taking place at the Royal Armouries Leeds & Leeds Dock in the city centre on Tuesday 17th May 2022, this year’s 3-day event will focus on several key themes including;
Our team at Lucion Services, a national, UKAS accredited, provider of occupational and safety hazard management, delivers trusted essential hazardous material testing, inspection, and management and consultancy services, designed to remove the pain of planning for hazardous material and environmental impacts during your real-estate project development.
Our focus for the past 20 years has been the safe management of hazardous materials. From the beginning, it has been essential for our company to think about what we can do to best serve our clients and reduce risks to their organisations, as well as their team and other individuals within their businesses and assets. We realised early on during our development that we wanted to protect people and the planet.
As part of the wider Lucion Group, we operate with our Environmental, Social and Governance goals at the heart of what we do. We consider carefully the events and organisations that we support and put our name to. UKREiiF provides an invaluable opportunity for thought leaders and industry members to learn more about how we can make positive changes to people, behaviour and culture in the industry is an objective we support and share.
Head of Business Development at Lucion Services, Kim Johnson, has earned nearly 12 years of experience within the environmental industry. Starting her career as an Asbestos Surveyor/analyst, Kim has gone from strength to strength, earning herself a reputation for effectively and efficiently managing hazardous materials for our clients. In her role as Head of Business Development, Kim leads a team of Business Development Managers and Executives, supporting them to effectively support our clients through the complex world of regulations and guidelines in hazardous material management.
Kim commented on the upcoming UKREiiF event saying;
“UKREiiF’s strong focus on sustainability, achieving net-zero and building a sustainable future at this year’s conference are very well aligned to our Group Mission – Protecting People and Planet. We are determined to see us further progress towards our own Environmental Social Governance (ESG) goals in 2022 and further invest in our 'beyond carbon neutral' objectives.
We are very much looking forward to attending this year’s event and meeting with key members of the public sector”.
