Our Environmental Transactions Services team supported Oxford Properties Group on two significant European real-estate transactions with in-country support from our Inogen Alliance associates HPC-Envirotech in France and DGE in Denmark.
Delivering our Environmental Due Diligence and Transactional ESG our team supported the acquisition of two real estate portfolios in Europe by our long-standing client Oxford Properties Group. Our team was tasked with assessing 57 assets for potential contaminated land liabilities and advising on the associated risks. Additionally, our team provided transactional Environmental Social Governance support for 27 of the assets in Denmark.
Contract Challenges
Due to the scale and demographics of the assets, both portfolios came with challenging timescales for the completion of the work.
Working closely with our Inogen Alliance associates, our team was able to successfully coordinate the contaminated land inspections of all 57 assets in Denmark and France within the first 4 weeks of the contract, and further deliver the essential associated reporting required for a successful acquisition 4 weeks after.
Our Solution
We have worked with Oxford Properties Group on a number of large real estate projects in the UK and across Europe. Our work requires us to work collaboratively with our clients, other key stakeholders and our Inogen Alliance colleagues to successfully deliver our projects. In order to achieve this, we facilitate regular project calls to ensure communication of key issues and project deadlines are being met.
Our client Oxford Properties Group was very happy with our advice and input on both projects and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them in the future.
