Sustainability

Sustainability is essential to running an ethical business, so we take our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) responsibilities seriously. In 2022/23 150% of our measured carbon emissions were off set through certified carbon offset schemes. Whilst we’re proud to have offset significantly more than we created, our focus is the overall reduction of our emissions, therefore from 2023/24, we are investing more back into the business to support projects which will reduce our carbon emissions alongside continuing to offset 100% of our carbon emissions through certified carbon credits.

Off the shelf AI tools pose data and security risks particularly in relation to handling client data. Some firms are introducing company policies against using AI tools to try to mitigate this but the temptation to use such tools to make tasks easier is compelling for employees. NexGenAI removes this risk because the data is stored securely in our AWS cloud preventing access from other AI tools.
